- Strengthen the focus of Quality Systems in achieving the desired results;

- Reduce the number of "mandatory" requirements, which inevitably lead to systems focused on demonstrating compliance with the requirements of the standard, rather than on Quality Systems aimed at demonstrating compliance with the intended results wich ultimately benefits the Organizations that actualy choose to implement ISO 9001 standard:

Gradualbusiness celebrates its tenth anniversary with specialization in Conflict Mediation and with the renewal of certifications in Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety.

Since the beginning of GraduaL, Training has been one of our main activities and has therefore been integrated into the Quality Management System, according to ISO 9001, certified since 2005.

As a result of the specialization in training, in 2010 we began the process of optimizing our training activities, in accordance with Portaria 782/97 for DGERT accreditation. We are now fully able to provide a service of excellence in the various aspects of Training.
