- GraduaL continues with the main objective of meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of its customers.
- It also intends to continue to extend its national coverage and comply with the "International Market Share" plans in at least two CEE countries.
- Considering the expected National and International development, it will be an essential step in the Certification of the Process implemented in 2006 of Social Responsibility, SA 8000 (launched in 1997 by CEPAA - Council on Economics Priorities Accreditation Agency, now called SAI - Social governmental organization, Social Accountability 8000 (SA 8000) is the first certification of an aspect of corporate social responsibility with global reach).

Extension of activity to Portuguese Speaking Countries

2004

In order to provide a global service to our Clients and Business Partners and as planned in the company's objectives for the year 2004, GraduaL formally assumes this year its representation in the following countries: Angola, Moçambique, S. Tomé and Prince, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau and Brazil.
